All our pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 3-6 weeks for production, however, if you need it for a certain date please do not hesitate to contact us!

We highly suggest ordering samples to give you the most accurate representation of what to expect of the color  your product.

Samples are designed to showcase the variety of colors in our sinks. Please be aware that slight differences might occur in the colors due to the natural characteristics of concrete. Rest assured, we strive to maintain consistency to the best of our ability.

We offer free shipping in North America or free local pickup at our Edmonton location; flat-rate shipping applies to all other destinations.

Since all Crete Collective items are made-to-order, we regret that cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not permitted once an order has been confirmed.
