SHIPPING + RETURNS POLICY
All Crete Collective Ltd. products are made-to-order and manufactured in our facility in Alberta. We generally do not carry in-stock items, but please inquire as we do have some on hand from time to time.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
From placing the order to the time of shipment, production lead time is between 3-6 weeks depending on the product. If production will take longer for your order, we will notify you as soon as possible with a more accurate lead time.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Since all Crete Collective Ltd. items are made-to-order, we regret that cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not permitted once an order has been confirmed. For any queries or changes that need to be made to your order, please contact Crete Collective Ltd. via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (587) 400-6835 within 48 hrs of receiving your order confirmation email. We will endeavour to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to reject such requests at our sole discretion, see our Terms and Conditions.
All orders are subject to various shipping fees. Some may qualify for free shipping.

Orders to the US are international orders and subject to duties and taxes by the State to which they are being shipped. The applicable taxes and/or fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery, typically through the freight company.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes by the country to which they are being shipped. The sales taxes (VAT) and/or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery, typically through the freight company or your customs broker.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email. Your items will be shipped on business days according to the ground service of the freight company used for your shipping destination (we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays). Tracking information will be provided via email from the selected freight company. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive, although most shipments arrive within 3-5 business days.
Any order with a value of $400 or more will require a signature for delivery. Should the freight company be unable to deliver after several attempts, arrangements must be made directly with the freight company to receive/pick up the goods. We are unable to change the shipping address or waive the signature requirement.
UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS
Please thoroughly inspect the package(s) before signing for delivery. Damage to the package must be immediately reported to the carrier before you sign and noted on the Bill of Lading (for freight deliveries). Please open your package to ensure there is no damage to the product within 48 hrs of delivery. If any damage is found to the contents, please notify Crete Collective Ltd. immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (587) 400-6835 so we can initiate a claims process. Save all packaging and products for the carrier to inspect. Please make pictures of the condition of the contents to assist us with the claim from the carrier, and also to ensure we can send you a replacement.
Products damaged during shipping will be replaced as soon as possible. Please note, this may take the same amount of time as a normal order as all pieces are made to order. However, Crete Collective Ltd. will do its upmost to send a replacement as soon as possible.
