SHIPPING + RETURNS POLICY

    This Shipping + Returns policy applies to all orders placed through cretecollective.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

    Production Lead Time

    All Crete Collective sinks are made to order. Standard production lead time is typically 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, though this may vary based on current demand and order complexity. You will receive an estimated ship date at the time of order confirmation.

    For rush orders or specific project deadlines, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss availability.

    Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

    Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

    If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests received after production has started will not be accepted.

    We strongly recommend ordering samples before committing to a full sink purchase to ensure the color and finish meet your expectations.

    Shipping Fees

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship throughout Canada and the United States. For international orders or freight quotes to remote locations, please contact us directly.

    All sinks are carefully packaged in custom crating to ensure safe delivery. Larger orders may ship via freight carrier.

    Signature Required

    All shipments require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that your order is received safely and allows you to inspect the packaging before accepting delivery.

    If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

    Upon Receipt of Goods

    Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Check the exterior packaging for any signs of damage before signing for the delivery.

    If you notice damage to the packaging, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt and photograph the damage before unpacking. Unpack and inspect your sink within 24 hours of delivery.

    Any transit damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void your ability to file a claim.
